RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
We will happily refund you a full refund or exchange within 20 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.
No return or exchange is available on final sale items including the SALE collection. All SALES are final.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Once the return is requested and approved, a return label will be emailed out within 2 days where you will have ten days to mail it back.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
We will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item if your return falls within our return policy and guidelines. Once the return is requested and approved, a return label will be emailed out within 2 days.
Orders are processed each business day of the week. Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders take one to two business days to be entered into the carrier's system and for tracking information to populate in your automatically sent shipment notification email.
